I’m a certified 700‑hour Yoga Alliance teacher based in London. I share Hatha, Vinyasa, breathwork, and meditation through tailored sessions for individuals, groups, and corporate clients. My practice integrates mindfulness and movement to foster balance, resilience, and calm in everyday life.
